What is Stroller Strides?

Stroller Strides is a total-body fitness program, designed for moms to do with their little ones in the stroller. Each 60 minute class combines total body conditioning with self-selected cardio intervals (power walking or jogging) as well as songs and activities to keep the kiddos entertained. We work to provide you with a fun and challenging workout, but each class is also designed to offer options and modifications to fit your fitness level, whether you're new to fitness or you're already running laps around your neighborhood with your stroller.
